Although my work is centred around you becoming your own authority and following your own inner guidance, sometimes to fully trust ourselves, we need some support on our journey. My sessions offer to support you, through channeled spiritual guidance and healing.
All sessions assist you to raise your consciousness and vibration.
Before each session you'll send me a question. I tune in and automatically write your answer. I'll send you your channeled answer, then in the session I unpack the answer with you and we explore opportunities that may come from the transmission. You'll also benefit from some remote healing during our time together.

Helen offers intuitive in-person energy healing sessions.
The basis of her sessions are to support your nervous system through healing; to help you shift into a state of rest & digest, and the benefits that brings to your body and mind; helping you to have a clearer connection to your soul-self/higher-self.
When we're in a state of flight or fight our nervous system stops us from awakening to the inner states of peace, joy & love. Instead we stay stuck in fear and inner chaos and unable to trust where our inner guidance is trying to lead us to.
